What data we process

• Booking contacts: if you write to us on WhatsApp or by email we process your name, contact details and the content of your message, solely to reply and manage your booking.
• Contract data: at check-in we collect the data needed for the rental contract (ID document, driving licence, payment details), kept for the periods required by tax and contract law.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures and the performance of the rental contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and on legal obligations (art. 6.1.c). Data is kept only as long as needed for those purposes and is not used for marketing without your consent.

Third-party services

• WhatsApp (Meta): the site's buttons open a WhatsApp chat; use of the app is governed by Meta's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receive the visitor's IP address.
• Google Maps: the meeting-point link opens Google Maps.
• Bokun (Tripadvisor): the booking calendar on the self-drive page is provided by Bokun, which processes booking and payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy and may set technical cookies required for the booking.

Cookies

primogiro.com is a static website: it uses no profiling cookies, no analytics and no tracking tools. As no non-technical cookies are present, no consent banner is required.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights under articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to info@primogiro.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (garanteprivacy.it).
