1. What we offer

Primo Giro is a self-drive rental service for electric quadricycles (L7e homologation) with suggested itineraries and travel materials provided by P&L Consulting SRL. The customer is always the driver: no chauffeured transport service is included in the rental.

2. Driver requirements

• A valid car driving licence, held for at least one year.
• Minimum age: 21.
• Non-EU visitors: an International Driving Permit (IDP) or a sworn Italian translation, presented alongside the licence.
• Only the driver registered at check-in may drive, unless a second driver has been agreed.

3. Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed by paying in full online, by credit or debit card.
• Nothing further is due at check-in on via Labicana, apart from the security hold described in point 5.

4. Cancellation and bad weather

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure: the full amount you paid is refunded.
• After that, the amount paid is non-refundable, unless we can agree on a new date.
• In case of severe weather we offer to move your date or refund everything you have paid.

5. Security hold and excess

At pick-up we place a temporary hold of €500 (pre-authorisation) on a credit card in the driver's name, released when the car is returned undamaged. Prepaid cards and cards in someone else's name cannot be accepted. The hold is a guarantee and does not in itself limit the driver's liability: the amount of the damage excess is stated in your booking confirmation.

6. Vehicle use

• The vehicle carries third-party liability insurance for road use.
• Due to its L7e homologation the vehicle may not be driven on motorways or expressways; the suggested route takes this into account.
• Fines, penalties and restricted-traffic (ZTL) charges are the driver's responsibility.
• Sub-hiring, off-road use and any use contrary to the Italian Highway Code are forbidden.
• The car is handed over fully charged and must be returned at the agreed time and place.

7. Assistance

We are reachable on WhatsApp throughout the rental; in case of breakdown or mishap we arrange recovery of the vehicle and its passengers.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Rome have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues.
